Return and Refund Policy
1. Returns Due to Change of Mind
Customers may request a return due to a change of mind within a maximum period of seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that the return request is submitted within this period and all applicable return conditions set by the store are satisfied. Expiry of this period shall constitute the customer’s implied acceptance of the product in its received condition, and return requests based on change of mind shall no longer be accepted thereafter.
After the seven-day period has elapsed, return requests shall only be accepted where a manufacturing defect is confirmed or where the product is materially inconsistent with the description provided at the time of purchase, in accordance with the applicable warranty terms and this Return and Refund Policy.
2. Returns Due to Incorrect Orders
If a customer places an order incorrectly, the customer may request a return within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that the request is submitted within the specified period and the product has not been used, installed, or altered in any way.
In such cases, the customer shall bear all return shipping costs and any associated fees, as the reason for return is not attributable to the store. Acceptance of the return request remains subject to inspection of the product and verification that all return conditions are satisfied. Motrify reserves the right to reject the return request if such conditions are not met.
3. Conditions for Accepting Returns
All return requests are subject to inspection and verification that the product meets Motrify’s return requirements. To qualify for return, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, without use, modification, or damage, and in a condition suitable for resale.
The product must retain its original packaging and all included components and accessories, and must not have been installed, activated, or otherwise used. The product must also be free from scratches, damage, signs of use, or any deterioration resulting from improper handling or storage.
Motrify reserves the right to reject any return request if these conditions are not satisfied, including cases where the product shows signs of use, alteration, missing components, damaged packaging, or any condition affecting its resaleability.
4. Damaged or Used Products
Return requests shall not be accepted if the product has been used, installed, altered, or otherwise handled in a manner that changes its original condition after delivery. In such cases, the product shall be deemed ineligible for return as it is no longer in the condition in which it was supplied.
This includes, without limitation, evidence of use, partial or full damage, installation or activation of the product, removal of original packaging, missing accessories, visible scratches or marks, or any damage resulting from misuse, improper storage, or mishandling.
In all such cases, Motrify reserves the right to refuse return or replacement requests, as the product is no longer in resalable condition, and no obligation shall arise on the store to accept the return or issue a refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
The customer shall bear all return shipping costs and any associated fees in all cases where a return is requested. Such costs are considered operational expenses not borne by the store and may include return shipping fees, redelivery charges, and any logistical costs associated with returning the product.
However, Motrify may, at its sole discretion and following review of the request, assume full or partial return costs where the return is determined to result from a store error, a confirmed manufacturing defect, or a material discrepancy between the product and its description. Such determination shall be subject to evaluation by the customer support team, and the store’s decision in this regard shall be final.
6. Refunds
Refund requests are subject to review by Motrify after the returned product is received and inspected to verify compliance with the applicable return conditions. No refund shall be processed until the inspection is completed and the product is confirmed to be in its original condition.
Motrify reserves the right, depending on the circumstances, to determine the appropriate resolution, including issuing a refund to the original payment method, providing store credit for future purchases, or replacing the product with the same or an available alternative. The chosen resolution shall be determined at the store’s discretion.
Motrify also reserves the right to reject refund requests, in whole or in part, where return conditions are not met, where the request violates store policies, where the product shows signs of use or damage, or where return procedures have not been followed. The store’s decision in such cases shall be final.
7. Shipping Delays
If delivery is delayed and the order is not received within twenty (20) days from the date of order confirmation, the customer may contact customer support to request a shipment status review. This includes verifying delivery details and coordinating follow-up with the shipping provider or supplier.
If delivery cannot be completed within the stated period after review, the customer shall be entitled to request a full refund of the amount paid without deductions. Motrify may also, at its discretion, provide additional compensation in the form of a store credit or voucher, the value of which shall be determined by customer support. Such compensation shall not constitute an ongoing obligation on the store.
8. Contact Prior to Dispute
The customer agrees to contact Motrify customer support and follow the established support procedures before initiating any dispute or chargeback request through payment providers, banks, or any external party. This allows the store the opportunity to review the matter and attempt an amicable resolution.
Initiating a dispute or chargeback without first contacting customer support shall constitute a violation of store policy. Motrify reserves the right to suspend the order, pause refund processing, or contest the dispute until the review process is completed.
Motrify also reserves the right to submit transaction records, shipping documentation, and delivery confirmation to the payment provider or relevant authority to defend the transaction. The store’s position shall be based on the available records and the outcome of the review.
