Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Model

Motrify operates under a direct shipping model (Dropshipping), whereby orders are fulfilled and shipped directly from third-party suppliers to the customer’s address without maintaining local inventory. The customer acknowledges and agrees that order fulfillment is handled through external logistics providers, and that the shipping origin may vary depending on product availability and supplier location.

Due to the nature of this model, shipping origins, processing timelines, and packaging methods may vary. Orders may also be fulfilled by one or multiple suppliers depending on product availability. Such variations shall not constitute a breach by Motrify, provided that the delivered product conforms to the description at the time of purchase.

2. Shipping Timeframe

The estimated delivery timeframe for orders ranges from seven (7) to twenty (20) business days from the date of order confirmation. This timeframe is indicative and not guaranteed, as it may vary depending on supplier location, product type, delivery destination, and logistical or supply chain conditions.

The customer acknowledges that the delivery timeframe begins after order confirmation and processing. Any variation within the stated timeframe shall not be considered a delay giving rise to cancellation or compensation. Motrify will, however, monitor shipments and provide reasonable support until delivery is completed.

3. Order Processing

Order processing begins once payment has been successfully confirmed. The order is then reviewed, shipping details are verified, and coordination with the supplier is initiated to commence fulfillment. Processing typically takes between one (1) and five (5) business days, depending on product availability, supplier requirements, and preparation needs.

The customer acknowledges that processing time is separate from shipping time and represents the period required to prepare the order before it is handed over to the shipping provider. Processing time is not included within the estimated delivery timeframe. Processing may be extended in certain operational circumstances or during peak periods without constituting a breach by Motrify.

4. Shipping Delays

The customer acknowledges that delivery timelines depend on third-party shipping providers and multiple logistical processes. Accordingly, Motrify shall not be liable for any delays in shipping or delivery arising from circumstances beyond its direct control.

Such circumstances include, without limitation, customs clearance procedures, shipping carrier operations, logistical constraints, supply chain disruptions, peak seasons, public holidays, or any exceptional or unforeseen events affecting shipping operations.

Any delay arising from such circumstances shall not constitute a breach of Motrify’s obligations, nor shall it give rise to liability or compensation. Motrify will nevertheless monitor the shipment and provide reasonable assistance until delivery is completed.

5. Shipping Information

The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order, including name, phone number, full address, and any additional details required for delivery. Motrify shall not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

The customer is also responsible for monitoring the shipment and responding to the shipping carrier when necessary. Motrify may consider the order fulfilled where delivery fails due to inaccurate information or the customer’s lack of response.

6. Partial Shipments

Due to the Dropshipping model used by Motrify, a single order may be shipped in multiple separate shipments depending on product availability, supplier locations, or shipping origins.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that receiving partial shipments does not constitute an incomplete or incorrect order, provided that the remaining items are delivered within the estimated shipping timeframe.

7. Failed Delivery or Non-Acceptance

If delivery cannot be completed due to the customer refusing the shipment, failing to respond to the carrier, being unavailable at the delivery address, or otherwise preventing delivery, Motrify shall not bear any responsibility, and the order shall be deemed undeliverable for reasons attributable to the customer.

The customer shall bear all consequences arising from non-acceptance, including any additional charges, return shipping fees, or redirection costs imposed by the shipping provider. Motrify shall not be obligated to reship the order or issue a refund in such cases, unless otherwise determined at its sole discretion.
